I was doing the regular 8-10rep, 12-15set, one bodypart per week. Soreness sucked. Now I switched to 2days on, 1off, 2days on, 2off. That's working same bodypart twice per week. Heavy weight and less sets. I'm never sore and I'm up to 230, and the strength is unbelievable.
1. Chest, shoulders, tric. abs
2. Back, traps, biceps, Legs. abs
3. Off
4. Repeat 1
5. Repeat 2.
6. Off
7. Off
I gotta shop at big and tall now or I'll just switch to Sportwear.
Maxing out sucks ass, I just benched 405 and next day my shoulder was a little sore. Fuck it.
