My new workout

Hey guys I am very new to actually weightlifting every day and whatnot. I am a cross country/track runner and now I am just going to be doing track and the 400meter. I want to build some muscle and strength in my upper body to help me keep endurance throughout the race...

Monday:

3x12 Back
3x20 Crunches
3x15 Bicep Curls

Tuesday:

3x12 Bench
3x20 Side Crunches
3x15 Triceps

Wednesday:

Hour long run

Thursday:

stick with the big 3 lifts squat/bench/dead
and youll see results..
