Can't remember last time I was this full of hatred... It's also a stark reminder why I smoke the amount of weed that I do... I'm a violent person without it, always have been...
 
Had the most intense workout today, the first 45 minutes felt like minutes...
I shattered 4/5 personal best records.
Highlight was bent over single hand rows, previous record was 35kg and 4 reps, did 40kg and 6 reps now, admittedly wasn't the best form, I was activating delts a lil bit to much but felt good and pumped.

Gym was also pretty empty today so was nice. By the time I reached deadlifts my tank was seriously on empty, I did 3 half asses sets and skipped abs/core and went home :)

Calmed down now but still annoyed for some reason.

Have you considered running the oral then the injectable or vice versus? Sounds like you have plenty to do a nice cycle that way. I’m in a similar position, I have a couple bottles of injectable and a handful or two of the oral winny also. I love the look it gives me and I have never got any sides with my joints. But we all react differently.

Could you explain what you mean with premade egg whites? Are they cooked or what? Or just those cartoons of liquid egg whites? Because i've also seen some youtubers use that, oats and even with your pancake mix I think, he mixed everything in a blender and fried some pancakes up.

I've checked the oral with labmax test kit and checked out and I'm using europharmacies for the winstrol injectable which i've used plenty before so I know both are legit, might be underdosed but hey thats part of the game.

And I still have to eat anavar twice per day so there's really is no preference or best approach that I can see here.
I'm jumping on the full stack this monday though, was supposed to wait another week but just can't lol...

I've lost about 2kg last 10 days, due to diet and stopping weed but its mostly losing fat, love handles has finally began to shrink and now I obviously want the definition and muscles to really pop out and look dry, also got a pretty nice tan going for me :D

With that said, I have perfect hearing and beautiful ears(doc word lol) and nothing points to any error, well, until she asked, do you take steriods but she used growth hormone and not testerone, I lied just on reflex...
But that in combination with heavy fat loss is my probably issues and she asked me to gain weight and I was like, no, we're going in the opposite direction...

They could offer an operation but it's only 50/50% chance of solving it and the other 50% is getting chronic hearing issues for real, rest of my life...
Gonna pass on that operation lol.... and just live with the issues, its not constant, maybe 2 times per week for a few hours...

Today was a pretty nice day in the gym, shoulders and my right shoulder hasn't been good after the injury from last cycle(been over a year now...), it comes and goes so I always take it easy, 20 / 15 reps with low weights, never really pushing it 110%.
I'd rather be able to train light than not at all...

Went 2-3 hours earlier 2night because I have food prep todo 2night and the gym had all types of people, was hilarious.
From the noobs to the veterans to the posers to the fat girls to the super hot girls... And lets not forget the mr injury guys lol...

Especially two dudes will have serious injuries tomorrow or later on lol...
One of them was doing curls at the preacher and he had 40kg+bar so about 50kg or 110 pounds or something... And this wasn't a big or well trained dude... I was bit amazed he even got it up with momentum...anyhow...He placed the pointy edge of his elbows, ONLY joint/bone part and was half sitting/half standing and using momentum and his back to get it up but just the weight alone on the elbows must hurt like hell tomorrow....
Then we had this other dude, i'm not even sure what he was training, if I had to guess what he tried todo, it would be triceps but he was using one handed dumbells and it was looking like a mixture of dumbell presses and half skull crusher but his arm was going so far back and onto the opposite side of his shoulders/traps, I was afraid something was gonna snap...not to mention his rotar cuff musta been so fucking fried because he tried to lift that weight with all his body lol, looked hella funny :D

And i've noticed its me and 2 other guys who's on cycle or has been, ironically, we're the 3 people that usually lift the least amount of weights but do it properly...shit, each rep i do, I aim for it to be 5 seconds and i'm not even doing negatives...
I just had a blast looking at people today... The newbies was so happy training, it was fucking horrible beyond belief but they were really trying their best, smiling and joking with each other (was 2 friends) and I can respect that, we all started somewhere but it was just funny to look at :D

And I "accidentally" laughed at another guy and shaking my head into the mirror and the fucker saw it and tried to stare me down but I just smiled back and this made him even more mad, he turned bright red lol...
Wasn't too bad but he was doing standing biceps curls and was swinging his back so much it looked like he was dancing with the dumbbells :D

All in all a really good workout for myself, went really fast and had fun for the first time in a long time, maybe I should go earlier more often!
After starting CJC and GHRP, i don't notice the first 45-50 minutes, thats around where I start getting exhausted and notice I'm actually lifting weights.
Except arms day, I try not go over 90 minutes including warmup, stretching etc so I don't injure myself again :)

And i'm having a mini cheat today, I've deserved it!!
Bought 4x 200ml capri sun juices, will come out to 312 calories and 72 grams sugar, yes, it's a lot of sugar but my body has been craving something sweet for weeks now... And nothing is forcing me to drink all 4, i will but nothing is forcing me lol...
And looking at my step counter, i've burned 360 calories just walking today so...it won't matter in the bigger picture.
 
And after reading about insulin in another thread, i'm sure the GHRP sweating is related to low glucose blood levels... Took my shot yesterday after workout and I had only had a protein shake without carbs for the past 6-7 hours and I was shaking and sweating like a leaf and had to down a liter of milk along with some food just to stabilize myself again, was bit scary.
So I will keep that in mind for future injections.

i burned over 500 calories eating spicy Indian food the other day.
