pip can come from any type compound, its all about biology and how you handle it all from injection to end of esther life.

Meh, I can't do shoulders with oil based, tried several times, brands and esters, they all fuck my delts up badly for days to the point it hinders my training.
Hopefully winstrol isn't too bad and with the short half life it shouldn't be overly long.

They just recently opened KFC here but i'm almost exactly 1 mile outside their fucking delivery area because instead of being local in the city, they choose the very outskirts where you need a car or 50 minutes public transportation...

Just read my winstrol and the box says pharmaceutical carrier oil and the actual vial says sterile water solution.
Very milky and noticed it splits so I have to shake it before drawing?!?

Bro's, i'm actually a bit nervous, getting close to jump off... It's excessive but then again, we're talking about someone who ran test/masteron/tren for cycle #1 and cycle #2 also contained anavar at 80mg per day lol...
I just want to start injecting and eating, this waiting is killing me on the inside lol...

I need to finetune my diet as well...i'm not really sure what i'm going for anymore.. Because I looked bigger with more body fat but more I lose, more I realize i'm not actually that big...at least not as big as I want to be...
Gonna post pictures at the end, found one picture about a year before I did any cycles, being a heavy coke addict so was super skinny... Can't really find pictures from the first cycle weirdly enough and then I have about 300 pictures for cycle 2, i was gonna do one of those daily montage videos but was actually not super easy to make those videos...
Thought there would just be an app you'd put all pictures in and done... :(

I suppose I what I want is the perfect front body, chiseled abs and core, like a cutoff off a greek god :D
If i can manage 8% body fat at 70kg i'll consider this cycle a huge success, which comes out to about an additional 3-5% body fat loss and 1.5-2 kg LMM, the later being quite impossible seeing as I've already been on for 12 weeks, If i survive that is, we'll see lol.....

I can't drink water outside the gym, I just can't...I try but it's nothing i've done my entire life to be honest, always juice or similar, not sure what they call it in english, kool aid i guess.
Sugar, coloring and flavour that you mix in water...

But for the coming 2 months, I need to have closer to a "perfect" diet and for obvious reasons drinking corn syrup is not on that list lol...
And I can't eat watermelon 24/7 out of practical and well sugar reasons too.'

I've tried cucumber water and lemon water but both are nasty...
Any suggestions?

You have to have something similar.

Water, Water, Water, but still need some electrolytes.

Fuckit... I'm starting today... Been a shitty week and only comfort I seem to have is my ever improving looks and my gym time... Might as well get the most out of it... :)
And judging from weekly measurements i'm pretty confident i'm about 11% body fat -+ 0.3%
Usually when I can notice my abs i'm below 12%
I've ever only been 10.2% on measurements and that was just after cycle after shedding the water (No AI) with coke and hookers for a weekend lol...
