I just came back socializing with neighbors from the pub, they were smoking weed. I don't smoke gonna take some edibles. I love growing my own meds. Relaxing night. Make up with your girl friend.
Not sure how I missed this but was over at my friends 2night and we were chilling, smoking weed and having fun and he asks if i'm hungry and I'm sure why not but im on a diet.
And he cooks up just chicken breast in a homemade tomato sauce and i'm like nice but I need carbs too..
No no, now we only eat protein, later only carbs(had some vegetable risotto 2 hours later...), your body isn't retarded and can utilize food over half a day at the least, no need to have perfect macros in every meal...
And yeh, sure, you can't do that everyday but it sure as hell makes it easier on the diet just having some cooked protein, especially over a shake.
Hurts even worse today... And just like the previous 2 days, i'm forced to walk a lot and put unnecessary pressure on it...
Gonna suck training today but need to flush my body with blood pump into every area or it'll just stay even longer...
