Background info:
I've started my most recent cutting cycle 2 months ago. So far seeing great results. Down from 230 lb to 205 lb. However, things are starting to slow way down now that I'm approaching 10% body fat. My goal is to reach 6-7% BF, and I suspect by the end of this log (if legends are true about Clen) I may reach that goal.
So far for my cutting cycle I've utilized ephedrine, caffeine and yohimbine. I've done 2 weeks of EC, 2 weeks of ECY, 2 weeks of YC and another 2 weeks of EC. Now I'm taking 2 weeks off everything except caffeine which I will taper down gradually. By the time I start using Clen, I will not be taking any other stimulants with it other than White Flood pre-workout. This will help isolate the effects/ results that I can attribute to the drug.
Diet/ supplements:
As mentioned above, the only other stimulant I'll be using is White Flood pre-workout. Other supplements I'll be using are: Allmax Creatine Monohydrate, Animal Pak (multi-vitamin), Animal Flex (joint support) and Optimum Nutrition fish oil. I may also sip on some BCAAs if I workout/ do cardio fasted.
As for diet, I've been slowly adjusting my macros ever since I started this cutting cycle. I started dieting with 3,000 cals and was losing weight then. I've been adjusting things as I progress and now I'm down to an average intake of 2,500 cals (220 carbs, 240 protein, 70 fat). I do measure, weigh and log everything I eat.
Dosage/ cycle:
I will follow the classic 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycling protocol. As I'm typing this the Clen is being shipped to my address and I expect it within 2 weeks max. I ordered 30mL Liquid Clen (200mcg/mL).
I will start with 40mcg on day 1 and increase the dosage by 20mcg every day until I reach my maintenance dose of 140mcg. I may venture slightly higher depending on how I feel and how my body reacts.
