Background info:

I've started my most recent cutting cycle 2 months ago. So far seeing great results. Down from 230 lb to 205 lb. However, things are starting to slow way down now that I'm approaching 10% body fat. My goal is to reach 6-7% BF, and I suspect by the end of this log (if legends are true about Clen) I may reach that goal.

So far for my cutting cycle I've utilized ephedrine, caffeine and yohimbine. I've done 2 weeks of EC, 2 weeks of ECY, 2 weeks of YC and another 2 weeks of EC. Now I'm taking 2 weeks off everything except caffeine which I will taper down gradually. By the time I start using Clen, I will not be taking any other stimulants with it other than White Flood pre-workout. This will help isolate the effects/ results that I can attribute to the drug.

Diet/ supplements:

As mentioned above, the only other stimulant I'll be using is White Flood pre-workout. Other supplements I'll be using are: Allmax Creatine Monohydrate, Animal Pak (multi-vitamin), Animal Flex (joint support) and Optimum Nutrition fish oil. I may also sip on some BCAAs if I workout/ do cardio fasted.

As for diet, I've been slowly adjusting my macros ever since I started this cutting cycle. I started dieting with 3,000 cals and was losing weight then. I've been adjusting things as I progress and now I'm down to an average intake of 2,500 cals (220 carbs, 240 protein, 70 fat). I do measure, weigh and log everything I eat.



Dosage/ cycle:

I will follow the classic 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycling protocol. As I'm typing this the Clen is being shipped to my address and I expect it within 2 weeks max. I ordered 30mL Liquid Clen (200mcg/mL).

I will start with 40mcg on day 1 and increase the dosage by 20mcg every day until I reach my maintenance dose of 140mcg. I may venture slightly higher depending on how I feel and how my body reacts.

I'm interested in hearing how this goes, I'll be watching this thread for sure. Also, what exactly is yohimbine supposed to do? I've read about people using it but never really looked into it. Did you notice much of a difference using it?
 
In short, yohimbine inhibits alpha-2-receptors which aids with blood flow and fat mobilization, especially from stubborn fat areas. When I take yohimbine before doing fasted cardio, I definitely feel it. I also noticed slight decrease in appetite as well as amazing erections while taking the stuff (again, because it aids in blood flow).

Give it a try and you might like it. However, I do prefer ephedrine over yohimbine. And I wouldn't advise taking both at the same time. If you decide to take it, start with a low dose and slowly work your way up to 0.2 mg per kg of body weight. Primaforce makes quality yohimbine, best brand I tried.
 
^^^If you don't restrict calories too much, I don't see why clen would eat muscle mass. Its when people introduce super dosages with well below 500 calorie deficits that muscle mass is sacrificed in my op.
 
I've wondered about Clen do you also lose muscle mass from Clen ?



How well you preserve muscle/ strength during a cut depends mostly on your diet, training and the size of your caloric deficit (keeping AAS out of the picture for now). If you reduce calories too fast, you will lose more muscle.

Clen increase metabolism and body temperature. This will allow you to reach a greater net caloric deficit more easily. Some people end up underestimating their caloric needs because of that. Clen by itself doesn't make you lose muscle, in fact as I mentioned it has slight anti-catabolic effect.

Just be sure to take glutamine since it will help break down acids in the muscle and prevent muscle break down and you'll loose fat rather than muscle.

Dear good sir, glutamine, taken orally, hasn't been proven to do diddly squat. Look more into it.
 
This week I've been really sick. So I'm taking a week off the gym and eating at maintenance. This is the first time I've been sick in YEARS, I almost forgot how it feels like! Needless to say it feels like sh*t.

So since I'm eating at maintenance I thought might as well post my "before" pic as I won't be losing more weight until I start the Clen. I'm already quite lean after 2 months of cutting, but the goal here is to get SHREDDED by the end of this.

I don't know what my BF % is, if anyone can estimate it please feel free. Hopefully this thread will motivate me to stay on top of things and not slack off my diet:

I got me some test E for 1st cycle after I'm done with this >:D

Gonna log the hell out of it too! I'm just gonna finish with the clen 1st, wait a few weeks to carb up and stabilize my metabolism and then shyt gets real!!
 
Hell yeah, Elliotmax! I did the same thing, actually. I cut up a ton and finished with clen. I just started my first cycle 2 weeks ago of test e 500mg/wk.

Definitely make a log!
 
Ok.. some good news and bad news: The bad news is I've ordered RUI clen 3 weeks ago and still it's not here. I don't think they even shipped it out until I emailed them. Now I think I'm almost done with this cut as I'm already south of 10% BF.

So the lesson here is this: you don't need clen or AAS to get cut up and shredded. From my experience so far the EC stack is the best supplement there to aid in cutting. Combine that with a good diet and training and the results are sure to come.

Now the good news: I also ordered some AML test e and var 2 days ago and they're already here! Amazing customer service and their gear is legendary. I'll save the clen (when I get it) for when I seriously consider cutting again. I'll just wrap up this cut for now with the EC stack and then I'll start another log after my first pin :D

2) Would you restart at 40mcg's and work up to 140mcg's for every 2 week on/2 week off cycle? Ex week 1, then start at 40 again on week 5 Then start at 40 again on week 9? Or do you just work your way up on the first 2 week cycle and then go right into 140 at week 5?

I wouldn't advice more than 8 weeks of clen use a year, which is two total 2/2 cycles. Clen is hard on the heart tissue.

Assess your own tolerance. I can jump on at 100mcg and I can handle the crazy sides, so you decide for yourself where you want to start after running the first 2 weeks. I will say, the very first time using it start at 40mcg.

To be honest I would never invest in clen again given the amazing result I've had with the EC stack and good ol dieting and cardio. But since I already have it, I'm gonna run it the last 3 weeks of my test e/ var cycle.

As for your questions, just listen to infection. I wouldn't run it more than 2 months a year.
 
id run clen 2 week on 2 weeks off or you can use ketoifen at 2/3mg ed with clen to stay on longer,taurine will help with cramp etc, i think you should run clen at 60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120/120/120 thats 2 weeks stop for 2 weeks and then back on same schedule,
agree you should run aas with t3 like anavar on Winstrol (winny) something like that Winstrol (winny) 50mg ed not sure on anavar i assume the same, you would need some glucosamine for your joints on Winstrol (winny) ,t3 id run 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25/ thats 3 weeks you have to pyramid it
thats just my opinion people might disagree
