my pct cycle !!!!!

okay guys its been 2 weeks nd 3 days since my last jab of test e nd then i had aquaviron 50 mg/ day for 9 days ... now last week from friday i started with IGF-LR3 and slin (humalog) and will keep u guys updated on my results .... i had asked loads of questions regarding mixing and dosage of IGF and actually got very conflicting answers .... regarding mixing and storing no 1 helped....
any ways i am starting this log so that it can be of some help to others!!!!!!!!

on friday i took my 1st short of slin and igf .... and about an hour later was having a reasonably good hypoglycemic attack....cold perspiration, tremors, shallow pulse... had loads of sugar and candies and actually drank about 1.5 liters of water in about 15 mns ... all that time i was just about to pass out but then felt fine about half an hour later... slept for a long time (got up 11 in da morning) nd felt week ....

from saturday on i have changed my diet ...a lil and pwo i have 60 gm glucose and 10 gms each creatine nd glutamine , after 15 mns of the shot i have 70 gms protein ..nd by 55 mns of shot have 50 gms rice nd 200gm chicken... (i feel damn hungry all the time...)

till nw my weight is up 400gms ....nd although i've started wid pct i think test is still there in my system as i can feel some water retention ....especialy after i remove my socks nd see the difference on the legss....nd my muscles are also feeling fuller ...i think it's enuf fr 2 day, i will keep u guys updated on furthur developments
 
did biceps nd forearms yesterday.....man i had amazing pumps ....did 30 mcg of IGF only...today is a rest day ....so no igf nd slin 2 day..... waiting for my legs workout tommorow!!!!!!
 
had legs workout
5*5 squats nd 3 sets of leg press and extension ....had a blasting workout... i have almost lost all my water retention... nd look slightly down...did 12.5 i.u slin and 30 mcg igf....

my diet for now looks like this

morning 8.30- 1 scoop whey with 6 white eggs nd i whole egg ...nd 60 gms oats

11.15- 200gms cottage cheese about 25 almonds nd 1 scoop whey

2.00- 200gms chicken chest wid 25 gm cheese

5.00- 50 gms white rice nd 200 gms chicken
7.00- workout
7.30- 60 gm glucose wid 10gms glutamine nd creatine
7.50- 70 gms whey
8.30- 50gms rice nd chicken 200gms
11.30-12.0- caesin 30 gms

any critique??
 
yesterday was shoulders and triceps....
40 mcg igf .... 10i.u slin

my triceps are feelin alot fuller ....2 day nd realy sore

now its rest on saturday nd sunday...so no igf nd slin on these days

will check my weight on monday....
 
saturday was off day nd diet was spot on no slin or igf .....today was also off ...got up at 11.00... regular breakfast nd then for lunch feasted on chinese buffet nd desserts .... had prawns, crab, chicken, fish nd loads of noodles nd deserts .....man i was full :shoot3:

came bck home slept till late evening had 20 mcg igf in shuolder nd had regular dinner

now going to have my shake b4 i go to sleep...
 
from today on i am changing my workout schdule ....
today i did back biceps ....
40 mcg igf nd 15 i.u insulin ....

tommorow only abs

i have lost 4.5lbs in a week on pct... most of it water i guess....
can any pro guess hw much more do i expect to lose ... in coming weeks??????
 
nothin much to mention.... just waiting to c my weight today 2nd week of post cycle therapy (pct) finished yeaterday.... strength has gone down a little!!!!!!
 
lost another 2 lbs this week and lifts have gone down a little.... did chest and shoulder 2 day...50 mcg igf pwo... 1 thing i have started noticing that my arms are feeling a lot fuller and pumped!!!!
 
nothin much to say...just feeling that i look a lil shrunken....strength has gone down just a lil bit ....rest everything okay!!!!!
 
went back t the gym yeaterday after 8 days rest as i had got flu..nd high temperature ....have gained a few pounds .... not a surprise as i was havin any thing nd everything under the roof.... but not feelin that bad ....as i have lost just 5 lbs ...4 week into pct... i think now i wnt be losing weight furthur....rearing to go ack to my rigrous schdule
 
now i am changing my workout plan a bit with a 3 day split.... 2 days cardio nd abs
weight i just about the same...but i think hat my fat % has gone up a little.... lets c hw it goes on from here

monday- chest,shoulder, tri
tue- abs cardio
wed- off
thu- back bicep
friday- abs cardio
saturday- legs
 
all in all everything goin good .... arms have become rock hard nd increased in size ,,,,in fact more than they were on test. ...weight is just about the same but fat % has increased a bit....
 
well igf i.m in biceps nd triceps depending on the workout....
slin i.m mostly in the stomach...
well at the moment ....im onto nothing but plan 2 do a short cutting soon....

i must say that igf is one hellowa compound ....although my body shrunk a lil...but still my arms hv been bigger than when i was on test.e ...
my b.f has gone a lil up though
