My Psl Cycle, started early, I'm compulsive

grape fruit juice can effect the way your liver processes things. And make a substance stronger. But it also has that same effect on pharmaceutical medications you take for health reasons to. I would be careful with it. A lot of medications say don't take grapefruit with the medication.

this might just be me but i think creatine is junk, if you eat things like steak, you get more then enough creatine as is, plus if you're use to taking it, it wont have nearly the same affectas someone whose never taken creatine

It takes a LOT of steak etc. to max out the daily dosage of creatine. Granted some folks still manage it but you really gotta be a true meat eater, which many people aren't these days. Again, a supplement is just that: filling in the gaps of an incomplete (sometimes unrealistic) diet. At the end of the day, there's a reason why it has been around for so long & continues to be a top recommendation.
And yes, as already mentioned: some people are simply non-responders regardless.

Wouldnt take your dbol with grapefruit juice somebody just posted a study the other day that it interferes with absorption of orals

So medicine can withstand the stomach acidic digestive enzymes, but can't sustain the acidity of juice? Seems silly.

Technically no but legitimately yes, my first cycle was horrible, fake gear, I'm sure my dbol was methyl test, my supplier fucked me over, but now I have psl so hopefully things are better

Shitty man. Least you get a more peace of mind on this run.

Yeah all I hear is good thing about psl so, I'm crossing my fingers! I'm on day 4 of 112, hopefully see results soon!

How ironic, not one person in this thread has stated the following. YOUR TO YOUNG TO BE CYCLING AT 21. When in almost every other underage thread the first thing to be said is you need to wait till your 25.

Pull your heads in.

It has nothin to do with acidity. Grapefruit juice inhibits the ability of the CYP3A4 enzyme which is responsible for metabolizing many of the oral AAS. it actually increases serum AUC bc the compound is not metabolized the same way.

Edit* the effects aren't drastic from what I've gathered. Unless its a drug vital to your health and is affected I wouldn't worry all that much about it.

I think you'd need 3+lbs of red meat a day to equal the 3-5g suggested daily dosage of creatine. That's a little bit much for many people. Yes some people are non-responders and get nothing from added creatine. Also one doesn't get de-sensitized to creatine. What happens is the muscles get fully saturated and maximum effects are achieved.
