You can enlarge the muscle bellies in your abdominal region sure. Weighted sit-ups done on an incline are going to be the best strength maker for your abs. Also some isometric work can also help with an strength such as planks.

I need to start doing ab work too. Ugh! Buddy of mine noticed that I hold all my fat in my belly area. Oh well at least there are good pieces of eye candy working abs daily.
 
Just a little update, I pinned early last night cuz I had early work today only a couple hours difference but I should be good and I can't pin properly at 3 in the morning, you know what I mean
 
Another little update, I worked legs and tris today, and my strength definitely went up, and I've been on dbol for a week and I think it's working now, my arms swelled up like fucking balloons, psl has yet to disappoint me
 
Can you do the vaccum pose if you work out abs?

I've never worked out abs because I have almost have a 6 pack at 25% bodyfat.
 
Yeah I know what you mean, I couldn't give a fuck about abs though, it's depressing

I started doing ab work yesterday. Gotta do it man. The way I look at it is that it will help my squat and dead lifts not for te aesthetics. Could care less about looks urging a bulk haha
 
Yeah I think I'm gonna run clen a couple of times during cycle, I want a lean bulk, my ultimate goal is to weigh 255-260ish with 8-10%bf
 
Just a little update, I'm on day 12 of my 16 week cycle, decided to up the dose from 525mg to 750mg a week, and bumped the dbol to 60mg a day for three weeks instead of 4, the reason being for the dbol change is because I have a pt test soon and don't want major back pumps when I run
