How is this for a routine...While on a cycle!?

How is this for a routine...While on a cycle!?

I like it a lot, in fact it's almost identical to mine. Just be careful about overtraining. I usually try and take a week off every 8 to 10 weeks. During my off time I do cardio only.

My routine is
Legs
Arms
Chest/shoulders
Back
Off
Start over again
I do cardio every day most of the time 2x a day
