i want both but more focused on bulking up
Hi im a 43 year old male and i am currently trying to slim down and bulk up i have been out of the gym for about 2 yrs due to two knee replacements on the same knee. i have a been a weight lifter almost my whole life, I played football so lived in the gym. So to try this new stuff with me just getting back in the swing of things is very exciting for me i have always been a big guy and want to have more definition.
well it is day 6 of my s-4 im doing 2.5 in am and pm and i am noticing more energy, my appetite is growing ,and i am getting some muscle tightness.
