My second cycle TEST/DECA

Ok guys, I did my first cycle a year ago, which was purely test 250 mg a week. I had guidence from a friend but he has moved away, so decided to come here and ask. I am now starting my second cycle this next week.

10-12 Week Cycle

5'10
140 Pounds
7% Body Fat
22 Years old
4-5 days a week in the gym
My diet is locked down and tight.

I was thinking

500 Test a week split in 2 shots
250 deca once a week

How does this sound?

I am trying to get my PCT in order but will have it soon.

cycle is fine but , what i think what u realy need to do is learn to eat and train better , u should be able to put on alot more weight and muscle naturaly for your stats

Honestly bro, for your height and weight, I would hold off on cycling and get that diet in check. I guarantee you can put on some more size naturally before you even need to touch AAS. If that is all you weigh after 1 cycle, there is a problem bro. You will have to learn how to eat and do it constantly. It can be done. At this point, what would be more beneficial to you would be to get with 3J in the Diet forum here. It would be well worth the investment. I realize you are at 7% body fat, but even at that percentage, 140lbs is extremely light man. Get that weigh up naturally first and then run your second cycle once you feel like you have reached your natural limit or getting close to it. To answer your questions about the cycle, I would do 500mg per week test and 400mg per week of Deca for at least 12 weeks when you decide to cycle. Good luck.
 
Thank you for the information guys, I gain very little naturally, I was blessed and cursed with my moms super active metabolism. I have been eating 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Eating Frutis and veggies, drinking my shakes as well. I am eating around 3k to 3500 calories a day. I was 120 pounds before my first cycle, before I started the first one I Was on a really good diet and hitting the gym and wasnt gaining any weight.

Well, with that being said, if you are eating 3K-3500K and weigh that much, you need to make a commitment to eat more food and get in around 5K per day of calories. Yes, it will be hard, but it can be done. Honestly, I can cut on 2500 calories per day. You need to feed your body and if that means you have to eat 7K of calories per day, then you have to do it.
 
IM sorrry kid but there is no such thing as a hard gainer. Your diet is crap that is what it is. You dont eat enough. YOur not ready for AAS. YOu are too tiny! wait til you hit 185 or 200 pounds before you do AAS. Im tired of seeing these 140 pounds dudes wanting to do AAS bc they dont know how to eat. SOrry to tell you but AAS will not work unless you eat like a monster. If you dont eat you dont grow. Plain and simple.
 
Thanks, I will try to force my self to eat more than I already am, my stomach looks bloated from how much I have been eating, but I did just go from 132 to 140 since I have upped the calories.
 
Diet is locked down tight if you are 140 @ 5'10. Kids like you will become dependent on cycles to put on mass and wonder why you lose it all in the months you are off. Sorry bro, but seen this happen time and time again. Truly get your diet in check and then consider cycling a few years from now.
 
Thank you for all of the information guys, I am going to take the advice :) I am going to be getting a meal plan from 3j and see how that goes for 12 weeks! I knew it was the eating, luckily I have ways to make my self more hungry! I really appreciate the time you guys took to let me know whats up!
