I'm in the UK guys and the health service is more or less free unless you go private. And because it's free they have guidelines and won't put me on testosterone. I've seen a few endos and they all follow this policy.

I'm going to start on Monday with 250 mg Test Enanthate every 5 days. I'm also going to take 1mg anastrozole a week split into two doses. should I start the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) straight away or wait a week or two?

I'll be discarding a pint of blood every 3 months and getting bloodwork every 4-6 months with a psa every 6 months and possibly a digital rectal exam once a year. I'll also be monitoring my blood pressure and glucose levels daily. Does this sound okay?

T levels are 10.1 and 11.9 on a scale of 9.9 - 30.0. E2 is 15 in US units.

In that case, 250mg E5D would be fine. If your Estradiol is at 15pg/ml then I would NOT incorporate Anastrazole into your protocol at this point.

Run your Test for at least 2-3 weeks on it's own and check Testosterone and Estradiol levels again at this point. From these results you will be able to gauge how your body responds to the test doseage and how much of that test is being converted into Estrogen. This is how you'll determine how much Anastrazole your body requires.

Even if your Estradiol levels are inflated, I suggest you begin with only 1mg Anastrazole and run that for 4 weeks then recheck levels again to see where they are before increasing the dose.

I know this sounds a little conservative, but this is a great way to get 'dialed in' properly as well as learning about how your individual body responds to different hormones.
