My shoulders suckkkkk

I need advice.

Whenever I finish a workout I am drained as fuck and couldnt lift another weight if my life depended on it. Usually my steering wheel is holding me up on my way home from the gym...except when I do shoulders. During my sets I push until I can't do anymore. But once I'm done my set I don't feel the fatigue like with other muscle groups. I feel as tho I'm not working hard enough but at the same time there is no way I could bang out another rep...and when I'm driving home from the gym I feel like I could do the workout I just did all over again...WHAT GIVES!?
 
Your shoulders look decent in your avi man. What do you feel "sucks" about them? What or whose are you comparing them to? The majority of the round boulder shape doesn't come out til you're pretty lean. Low bodyfat makes everything look better.
Training-wise, what does your shoulder routine look like? What I've found works best is "directly" hitting all three heads with at least two exercises.

For example:

OHP of some variation
Front raise variation with hammer grip
Lateral raise
Behind back single arm cable raise
Face pull
Single arm rear delt cable pull (like starting a lawnmower)

I didn't notice a satisfactory round shape to mine til I started doing more direct posterior work. Now I have a nice ass crack between my posterior and lateral heads. Posterior seems to be the make or break in the real round look.
