i wouldnt return ur emails either. its not just recs that get sources busted. its doing business with idiots. your source should make everything clear to you and if you dont understand, reread the email and/or contact em. you seem to be too big of a risk. thats probably why he hasnt contacted you.

Mail Boxes Etc or Kinkos (most partner with FedEx) will send it.
Sending a money order via FedEx should be fine. When you're filling out the customs slip just put "documents" for the content of the pack. Ask him how fast he wants it as there are different shipping options and the faster you send it the more money it will cost.
Also, e-mail me the source name (E-MAIL not PM's) and I'll double check him for you.
