Easy ppl hope is well and good with all of u!
Really excited just started my test e cycle taking 600mg a week 2shots and 10000iu 2shotz! Day 3 today due to start gym hitting it hard for 1st cycle! Stats r 175 cm (5"10) about 15%bf 1st cycle weight 178(180lbs)

wanted to check if snybody could critique my meal plan..obvsly my aim os to loose fat but gain muscle by eating loadz of protien&clean carbs

my diet will be:
morning 2weetabix with 400ml skimmed milk
1protien shake

2nd meal protien shake again

3rd 300g chickn breast with 100g brown rice &veggiez

4rth 300g chicken brwast with 100g brown rice with veggies

few almonds then go gym

then finish the day withna protien shake..

You need to load up on your fiber. More of it. what sweeteners are you using? Cut the skim milk and go to organic whole milk that will help with the weight-loss as well as the fiber. And drink lots and lots of water.
