day 1 chest abs calves
day 2 biceps triceps
day 3 cardio abs
day 4 shoulders & traps
day 5 Back abs
day 6 Thighs & calves
day 7 cardio abs

my day offs are cardio
what do you guys think????
 
think it looks good, maybe cut down 1 session of abs.
Mine looks like this:
1: Legs
2: Chest/abs
3: Back/Traps
4: Shoulders/triceps
5: Biceps/abs
 
yours looks good my weight is 265 5'9 i need to train or go to gym every day to stay focused.

But, if u need to train everyday, why not do cardio on weekends? I do this mon-fri and am free on weekends, focus on my diet on weekends(ofcourse weekdays also).
