So I know Im going to get ripped on for this as I deserve it

OUT OF SHAPE!
Need a Beach body asap...just Looking for some confidence to be honest... if I bulk and Retain a Bit of it I will be Happy then bulk one more time and one cutting cycle and try to go natural from there.
So My diet is In check. nothing But super foods 5 or 6 Times a Day , chicken , fish , lean beef , boiled eggs , veggies and fruits , 40 gram protien drink with milk after workout , in the morning and in the evening.
planned cycle.
500MG Test E for week 1 -10
20MG per day Novadex week 2-15
clomex 300 MG day 1 week 12
clomex 50 MG per day week 13-15
Have mens ultra Multi vitamen.. best GNC had to offer.
workout plan...remember.. My Body is Sloppy
Day 1: stretch then 5 Minz of Cardio
Chest: 4 workouts each workout 4 sets each set 8-10 Reps
Tries 4/4/8-10
20 Minz Cardio
Day 2 OFF
Day 3: Same Routine as Day 1 Just Back and Bi's
Day 4 OFF
DAY 5 Same Routine as Day 1 Just LEGS/Glutes Shoulders
Day 6 OFF
Day 7 30 Minutes Cardio
Start off Day 1.
I Know I shouldnt be doing this in the First place but Im not turning Back. I think I have everything in check except I dont know if Im going to maximize my results from the Routine. either way I think Im going to get results and Keep something with my post cycle therapy (pct) Plan...
I started out knowing nothing and Wanting to get Lean and Fit not Bulk up........ so I need to make the Best of this. Hopefully someone can advise.
