Day 1 2010 6'3" 192lbs
Week 5 2010 239lbs
Oct 2nd 2012 214lbs
Nov 2nd 2012 242lbs
I did this bulking cycle 2 yrs ago at which I put on 39 lbs in 5 weeks! I started off at 192lbs which was 10lbs light for me due to improper nutrition from work and stress. My wife surprises me with this cycle thru a friend of hers, she says I'm not the good looking guy I was when we began dating many years ago. Anyways, enough of the boring story and here what it consists of.. both the time 2 yrs ago and the one I'm currently doing, same cycle because I was impressed with the results, oh yah, and my strength goes thru the roof during the first 6 wks of Anadrol. Both cycles I went from not lifting at all to my first day of lifting in years is my first day of starting the cycle, hence why the gains are so dramatic.
Weeks 1 & 2
Test Cyp 1250 wk (front loading to get my test levels consistently high as quickly as possible)
Deca 600 wk
Anadrol 50mg capsules
Muscle Milk protein (the best lactose free protien)Five 30g shakes a day along with 4 to 6 meals a day and 1 to 2 gallons of water
(Especially during the first 6 wks of Anadrol because of water weight and easily can become dehydrated, plus helps the liver cleansing process since Anadrol is harsh) (I have found Anadrol to be much more effective then Dbol)
Week 3 thru 12
Test Cyp 750 wk
Deca 300 wk
Anadrol 50mg capsules (only for first 6 wks)

So far I'm 4 weeks into this 2nd time around have gone from 214lbs on day one to now 245lbs because this time around I wasn't as skinny like I was my first time doing this stack and I'm not eating everything this time I'm eating 3 healthy meals a day, 4 protein shakes (always Muscle Milk) meals, such as Chipotle, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, yogurts, bagels, etc.
