So my wife is looking to get in the game now...She is about 5'4" maybe 120 lbs.She is looking to burn some fat and cut up a little bit..What do you ladies recommend for her???

how long has she been training? what are her goals? AS will not make women burn fat. they work very differently on the female body. is her diet and training on target?

Yes.She eats pretty good.Pretty clean.Shes in the gym six days.shes been training for at least 3 yrs.Shes looking to gain some muscle not a tremendous amount and cut up a bit.She doesnt want to get huge just slightly bigger and toned.Im on Sustanon (sust) and doing well. But I myslef am a newbie so I dont knopw what to tell her.Oh she also does a butt load of cardio..Id apprecciate any advice you could give Tex. Shes 27.

C'mon help me out ladies......pleeeaase.She cant do clen shes real prone to the jitters..does winni make u jittery.????never did it dont know.

well from an Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) point of view.. the most anabolic and lowest in the androgens are andriol or anavar.. both are orals so no shots are involved.. Winstrol (winny) is harsher with more possibilites of sides..

i will say it again.. Most important factors in getting a rock hard body..

1) DIET.. not pretty clean, not pretty good, but CLEAN!! :) i mean she is eating her bodyweight in protein and has low carbs which comprise of mostly complex (veggies, potato, oatmeal) and no simple (breads and pastas, simple sugars).. also make sure she is getting moderate fats ie: flax seed oil, omega etc..

2) Weight training

3) Cardio.. moderate to frequent depending on goals..

4) has she tried fat burners?? if she hates jitters and i understand that feeling, she may want to turn to (which is off the market) Norephedrine or a NYC stack.. Minimal jitters and great results..

and as a last resort to break her through a plateau.. aas.. start with the lightest and see how her body reacts..

There are tons of posts and research on anavar, so just hit the search key for more info...

Hope that helps
Super

I'd definitely agree with Supergirl that diet is number one for fat loss. Her diet needs to be in check. Is she eating adequate amounts of protein? does her diet include enough essential fatty acids? Is she drinking enough water? All these points are so important in terms of fat loss and muscle toning. And yes, if you are looking to break through a plateau then a mild AS such as anavar would help but please don't just jump straight to that without all other areas being in place first. Good luck and let us know if we can be of anymore assistance.;)

most people who THINK they eat clean aren't.......have her write everything she's eating down for a day or two and post it here. let some of the diet gurus look at it!

good Point Texgrl!!!

i asked one of my clients today for her diet because she eats "clean" LMAO.. listen to her clean diet...

breakfast: cereal nutragrain bar OR a bagel with lite creamcheese
snack: fruit (apple or orange)
lunch: turkey sandwich on wholewheat bread
snack: peanut butter on a rice cake
dinner: grilled chicken and mashed potatos or rice..

that was her version of "clean"

so obviously clean has several meanings :)

what the hell? i would starve to death.......

well, any white carb source is not a good carb source. you should eat 100% wheat bread, traditional oats, not instant, brown rice, not white, sweet potatoes, there are others but they escape me at the moment.......heres an example

Meal 1: eggs/egg whites/egg beaters, old fashioned oatmeal or 1 sl of whole grain bread.

Meal 2: protein drink (low carb or moderate carb)

Meal 3: chicken with spinach salad or with brown rice or with sweet potatoes

Meal 4: banana with peanut butter

Meal 5: beef/chicken/turkey/tuna/whatever with again brown rice/sweet potatoes

Meal 6: almonds or protien pudding (non fat milk, sugar free/fat free instant pudding and add one scoop of protein powder, low carb variety == prepare according to package directions).

another example:

Meal 1- 4 egg whites, 1 whole
1/2 c. oatmeal
4 oz. lean ground beef
Meal 2- Shake w/ 3 strawberries, 1 tsp. flax
Meal 3- 6oz. Chicken or tuna
4 oz. sweet pot.
1c. green veggies
Meal 4-same as meal 2
Meal5- 6oz white fish, turkey or chicken
2c. green veggies
2tsp. flax

you might try a search on clean diets on here, and you might find some more suggestions. the main problems i saw with your wifes diet was too much carbs, not enough protein.

Thanks again for your help tex. That wasnt my wifes dietthough. That was someone that supergirl trained. Thanks again ladies....

where did i say it was your wife's diet? all i said was that lots of people *think* they eat clean, and they really aren't. i'm sorry if you were looking for people to tell you "ok, put your wife on juice, its the best" and you didn't get that here. she needs to remember, women can make very permanent changes to your body with AS, and not all of them are pleasant.

you said she wants to cut up a bit, and put on some muscle. then you say she does a buttload of cardio. have her cut the cardio out on weight training days, and see if she sees any changes. too much cardio will slow her gains in building muscle. i can't tell you the last time i did cardio, i don't think i've done any in 2003.

AND, you never answered an earlier post from one of the other girls here, is she getting enough protein? is she taking protein in at every meal? 5-6 meals a day? good carb sources? you have to give some information here, or you will never get the really knowledgable women that are here to answer you.
