so how many times a week do u guys train each body part? i heard if u train it twice it is stimulated to grow twice that week?
heres my split
monday = squats or box squats , sometimes good mornings are thrown in if i have anything left and my partner usually does calves that day as well but i dont because my calves are too big allready and they are strong enough as well.
tuesday = back and bi
wednesday = off
thursday = bench , tris and some shoulders
friday = deads , rack lockout and sometimes goodmornings

the split stays the same the thing that changes is the assistance work , how much assistance work i do is based on how heavy i go on squats,deads,bench and how much i have left in my tank when im done with my big 3 excercises . the only time the split changes is when we occasionally throw in a speed bench day on sunday with some bench assistance work as well .

u only do somem shoulders? u dont have a seprate day?? also do u think u can explain the 5x5 things? i can understand it ?do u just apply it to any exercise?

im no expert on 5x5 routine when i tried it i just did 5 sets of 5 reps on all the core movements like squats/bench/deads and also some of the heavier assistance work like rack pulls , db presses , overhead presses , etc.
as for seperate shoulder day no i dont , i bench mostly reverse grip due to injury and reverse grip pounds the front delts so i just throw in some side delt and read delt work as i go , i usually do the rear delt work on back day [ think about it , it makes sense ] and side delt work on bench day . if you are doing a lot of pressing movements on bench day you are allready hitting shoulders hard so throwing in a few sets more just for shoulders is a lot of delt work . remember i dont train in the upper rep range , to me 8 reps is a lot i do mostly 3-5 rep range work on core movements with 5-8 reps on assistance work , heavy pressing movements will make work your shoulders hard .

what do u think is better for bulking.. low reps? and more sets?im trying to gain alot of mass this cycle..

and is that how your suposed to do 5x5 just 5 sets and 5 reps?? how does that increase your bench?? everyone says they love the 5x5? and they have increase alot..??

heres a sample
flat bench using 200 for all 5 sets and do 5 reps
next week you increase the weight by 5 lbs so you do 205 for 5 sets of 5 keep increasing by 5 lbs each week..the idea with 5x5 is to start low so that you dont plateau in 4 weeks
