ive been doing this workout routine for a few months now. ive been doing:
Mon- whole upper body workout
tues-off
wed-whole upper body workout
thurs- off
Friday- whole upper body workout
and either sat or sunday ill do my legs.
my workouts take about and hour and ten to fifteen minutes, i do 2-3 exercises and about 12 sets per muscle group. i wanted to know if this is an efficient training routine for putting on mass. ive have had some pretty good results but im just thinking that im training my upper body to much.i have noticed i am not really that sore the next day after my workout and when my next workout comes im never sore, but im trying to figure out if that means my muscles are healed or ther just not sore.
I was looking at mass routines that only train each body part once a week, and that doesnt seem enought to me considering im not sore at all after one day. i was thinking on starting my routine to:
mon-chest & back
tues- arms & shoulders
wed-off
thurs-check & back
fri-arms & shoulders
sat-off
sun-off(or legs)
stats are: 19yr, 6,2, 185-190,around 13-15% body fat(not sure
i just wanted some advice and that u guys think
