c=chest l=legs a=arms(bi/tri) b=back O=off day

**cant do a lot of shoulders but i will mix in

abs and forearms in there too but i left them out
 
What works better for me may not work best for you. I prefer to work one muscle group once a week. ie:chest on mon, legs tues etc... I'll throw in abs once in there as well as calves. this works for me well.
 
its all trial and error, l dont have a day for arms l'll do tris with chest and biceps with back since they are getting worked already they are a small muscle they dont need too many sets/exercises imo

thats what i was going for i just was not sure whether to allow 5 days of rest vs. 6. but i do plan on doind each muscle once per week. and i was curious to see wheter it might be better to break the workouts up more with more off days in between like

mon=chest
tue=back
wed=off
thur=legs
fri=arms
sat=off
sun=chest

and so on
