80,85,85

I like to do chest first cause it warms up my bicpes doing cross overs, this is my first time usin the 5x5 routine on my cheat and i was extremely dissapointed at my self because i know i could have done 225lbs for 5X5 but i was chicken shit and didnt have a spotter, but i did get one and i got 4 up each time @ on 225 and needed a lil help on the 5th, but i feel swole...

if your going to use 5x5 dont worry if you started too light you will get to 225 and you will pass it..the key is to start light and give the routne time you dont wat to be near your maxes in 2 weeks..always ask someon for a spot if you need ..i lift alone as well but i always bug someone for a spot ill be damned if im gonna only use light weights lol..
i dont think you need the cable crossovers being that your doing flyes and once you do reach your max weights you will see that doing another 4 sets will be very difficult..

and if you only benching 205 for reps i dont think you wanna try whoopin some plers ass like you claimed a month or so ago. lolololololol just joking. posting actual numbers is very standup. I respect that. i would say there are a few on here that have trouble posting thier real numbers. jes keep plugging away and fo you know it you be all swole up and reppin 315.

try benching in the power rack if you dont have a spot, or do smyths. safety first. if you get hurt you out of some lifts for a while.

i am not the strongest guy, pretty tough, but i used to lift hardcore and then i went through depression, got fat, and have hemrhoids from all the weight, so everytime i would lift i would be in incredible pain, hey at leats i am honest, my father benched 305 for one when he was my age, im a tad behind, how do i acheive my goal of beating him

hey, im like bruce willis in unbreakable, i can do 100 sets, naaa, sometimes i get pumped and push it a little bit, i hate it when i leave the gym and i dont feel like i lifted hard enough so i just keep pushing it

that ain't damn bad, considering that weightlifting was looked down upon back then b/c it would 'make you slow and too bulky to move.'

Hell, my dad only maxed 155 at my age because they rarely, if ever, did weight work where he went to school.
