well i'm 26 female, 5"5, 58kilos 20% bf,
need to cut the fat but sticks around the mid section hate it.
Heavy train 6 times per week and 3 x HIIT cardio-always train at 6am before work, currently on a split routine,
diet:
shake after gym
meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 rash turkey bacon
meal 2: protein shake and some berries/or protein bar
meal 3: tuna with sweet potato
meal 4: turkey steaks with brown rice
meal 5: chicken breast with green veg
Any advice on this? been very strict to it because i have a chocolate weakness but managed not to have any for a while. Can i have a cheat day on this plan? just as iam having carbs, usually a cheat day is if you are having hardly any or none.
I did think about this stack as they do both contain synephrine- Any sides for you? I've ran t3 before the only thing was I got very bad headaches so had to stop, this is the reason i will not do clen.
Anyway I have ordered both, n2slin is hard to get and very expensive so lets see what happens..
