ok guys i got nandrolone decanote 200mg instead of Deca!!! now what? i was going to stack my cypionate with the Deca but what in the hell am i going to do with this nandrolone stuff. any ideas???

Nandrolone decanote is Deca. The name of the actuall steroid is nandrolone, the ester attached to it is decanote, hence the short term Deca.

Have you ever done a cycle before? Most importantly, have you planed your post cycle recovery? And what are your stats?

yea this is my 3rd cycle. im 30 training for 12 years and im 6' 235lbs

just trying to mix it up a little so what is the difference between the deca i have a deca duroblin ( i miss spelled the second name on this one but im sure you know what im talking about)

and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during cycle on weekends along with nolva post cycle. im post cycle now from my 2nd cycle im just planning the 3rd now!

Third cycle I would recomend doing 500mg of test cyp, and 300mg of Deca.

You need clomid, HCG, is test suppressive. It wont let you recover! Nolva, might cut it, but your better off with clomid.

I would run the Deca @ 400 Mg/Week and the Test 100 Mg EOD. 10 weeks then hit the Clomid.

If you can throw some dbol in there for the first 1-3 weekis and you will see some very noticeable results right off the bat..
