narrow/wide t-bar row, what's the diff?

I think it's the same difference between narrow and wide rows in general. I don't know if it's just me, but with wider grips I tend to use a prone/overhand grip, and when you do it that way, the elbows tend to come out wider. With narrow grips, our elbows tend to stay tucked in tighter.

Apparently the lats pull very well with elbows in and we handle better weights, but as the elbows come out the work gets shifted higher to the scapular muscles like posterior deltoid, teres major, and the retractors (traps/rhomboids).
