Hey guys, I posted about a month ago a body fat estimate before my pre-cut. Im about 24 days in and have seen great results with carb cycling. I'm in my busy season at work which makes carb cycling less appealing because I literally would die on no carb days at work. Returning to a more conventional diet, focusing on protein, carbs, then lastly fats. Just taking Multi V, Fish oil, Creatine, and whey. Doing a split 5x a week, cardio on tuesday and thursday. Starting weight was 174, weight as of today is 173 pounds.
