Natural pics?

I've been working out for 2 years now, I'd say only 3 months "correctly." But nevertheless, I see few gains.

I was just wondering if anybody can even get decently big naturally, and if so could I see a pic?

Don't get me wrong, I don't think anything's wrong with steroids it's just that I don't think I'm at the right age for it yet. Nor do I think I know every excercize well enough yet.

I'm just like B told the truth. I have gained alot of size over the years i have went from 205-315 over the best 5 year I have been training
(15-19 years of age).
Right now i'm looking to get cut at 290 so far I can see some good definiton in my chest and my triceps, So 25 more pounds to go.

i've been using swolegenix for dieting

12,10,8 reps now after a while of 5x5

1 or 2 muscle groups everyday..i wont list every excercise I change it up every 2 weeks

anyways, thanks for posting, i see that with hardwork and some time it can happen :)

Since your are more fixed on gaining size. I would do all the mass builders with low reps 5*5 is good, but u can do 3 sets 5 reps also.
I would stay away from the 12 reps b/c thats just more for muscle endurance.
Can you post your split?

I would take in alot of carbs, since they do get stored as fat when u dont use them. But slowly increase them 200 caliories every week.

That should be it

thx for all the advice

yes i eat at least 6 meals of protein a day on my foreman grill

I do
monday, chest
tuesday, biceps, upper back
wednesday, squats, shoulders
thursday, triceps, lower back
friday, calves, abs
saturday, begin chest again

actually I didn't think my problem was with the reps because I'm going up in weight in all aspects..but I will try 5x5 today and see how much improvement I've had since the last time i 5x5 3 months ago.

I would try and rest on the weekend at then do chest on monday.
Or u can make a new routine.
Monday: chest/biceps
tuesday:legs
wed:eek:ff
Thursday: shoulders/calves
friday: back/triceps

Lou Ferrigno was 6' 5'' and was
275 lbs. contest, 310-325 lbs. off season
and I am sure he was not natural.
Yeah, but Ferrigno had 6 or 8% bodyfat come contest time, didn't he?... and even in the off season I doubt he went over about 15%...

...big difference between weight in lbs and lbs of LBM, bro. Weight doesn't even come close to telling the whole story.

Look at the pics below...

Both naturals... Left guy is 5'11 205lb; Right is 6'1 206lb

ya he did have a high body fat come contest. I watched pumping iron and he had defintion, just not that much as arnold.

I would take the guy on the right for looks any day.
IS that you feli fly in any of those pics?

I wish... that Asian guy in the above pic on the left at 6'1 206 is about the best natural pics (size and bf% combo) I've seen...

My pics are here: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9795

My pics there are all natural, but of course almost anyone at 175 should still be natural.

I think the orig question here is pretty tough. I don't really know if there is a "genetic max"... Most of the guys I lift with (a couple pictured below) are around 6ft... some are over (some well over) 200lb and about my same height, but none of the real big guys have visible abs anymore...

I'm starting to think that you could gain forever naturally (until natural test levels began to decline) if you varied workouts enough and ate right, but gains would just get exponentially slower and slower until they are barely noticable... tough question based on individuals

I did 5x5 2 days ago and then pyramid 12, 10, 8, 10, 12 reps for next exercise. Then last excercise I did 10 8 6 and I've never been more sore in my life. Especially for a small muscle like Bicep which normally I don't feel sore the next day. :))
