Hey bros, looking for some exercises to increase the thickness of my neck. I think that my neck is a little out of porportion to my shoulders and traps. In other words it seems skinny and I would like to try to thicken it. Thanks.
I think a lot of it is genetic. I don't do any neck exercises and I have always had a thick neck. I bet if you hit deadlifts and shrugs, you'll find that your neck will get a lot thicker.
The four way neck machine is the best, but be careful neck muscles can get overdeveloped very easily, my neck looks like it is going to swallow my head.
