need a bulk diet plan

i am 6'2 205 and i want to gain mass fast i need a bulk plan i always try to make one myself . i need one that will make me gain fast and that is a set daily plan so i can just make my food for the day and make sure i eat. please help bulk bulk bulk! i want to start noticing mass as soon as possible
 
Yes you definately would, good quality lean mass with little to no fat. The diet is an example for a 220lb man so you should do fine being 207.
 
would there be enything u think that needs to be changed on it?if i start this how long would it be before i saw results i workout 5 day a week?

Of weight? Sure. Of muscle? Well, that's a bit more difficult. 10-15 pounds of muscle is a lot, even for somebody eating like made on their first cycle. But you're so small that it might actually be possible.

Most definitely yes, but some of it will probably be fat. You can gain as much muscle as possible if you train hard and heavy on squats deads and bench --the general bulkbuilding movements. Eat a lot and eat often--good luck to you.
 
im goin to start on monday. i still need a good workout routine no can seem to give me one i keep trying though. eny help please
