hi all
firstly i am sorry for my weak english lang..
i want to start a test e and deca cycle
but dont know how to take or the plane of that??

and i want to ask ,,how much protein (gm) must take per day in cycle ,,???

and there is my details
180cm
92kg weight
27% precntage of total fat
22 old

I would say your bf% is kinda high to be worried about cycling and your pretty young and you should have your diet in check first without a good steady diet your wasting your money on gear. you should fix your diet and get your body fat down first and then you can worry about AAS your still pretty young patience is your best bet

my wegiht befor 2 mounth was 107kg
and i use lipo6 black
and my deit is very good
so ,,when can i start the cycle and whats the pre,bf must i be??

I wouldnt wanna run anything with a bf% over 20. you should get to your natural best before running anything your just cheating your body
 
so what you are saying is you are 5'9 around 200 lbs and you have 27 % bodyfat??? and you have ran a cycle prior? somthing dosent sound right to me. What was your previous cycle?
 
Are you a power lifter or something? You need to burn some of the fat first before starting a cycle just bring it down some. So you don't have any medical problems in the future. Prevention is the best medinice.
