I haven't been feeling a good enough burn when I work my back lately. Lower and upper are still burning good for me but my wings havent been sore in over a month! I usually do Lat pulldowns, low rows, and a few others.

I use the 5x5 routine btw.
 
Work some Wide Grip Pullups (WEIGHTED) and Reverse pulldowns.

those are definately worth trying , i also suggest useing a thumbless grip as much as possible , this keeps the emphasis more on the back and less on the bi
 
Damn DADAWG I just tried the thumbless technique and it felt alot diff
