Need advice for next bulk/strength cycle. Thanks again PSL

Just got my second order with PSL everything was smooth and shipping was fast. So thank you PSL.
I'm current running
Test prop 300mg wk
Tren Enanthate 600mg wk
Winni 70mg ed
Proviron 50mg ed
I'm at week 6 with test and tren n weeks 1 with winni n proviron. My strength has been going up a lil bit nothin crazy. Just focusing on my bench right now which is 315 1rm. I would like to be able to rep it 4-6 clean. After this cycle I'm just guna cruise at 250mg test e per week with proviron, aromasin for about 2-3 months. I would like some advice on a good strength/lean bulk cycle for after the cruise. I'm thinking test, eq, Deca, t bol or anadrol. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Body fat: around 10-13%
 
P.S.L. M1T is another oral you may wNt to try. I'm on their test and mast prop right now and threw in a little M1T for a few weeks and I can say it makes a huge difference.

Just remember hard work and diet are key aas is the icing on the cake
 
Strength and a lean diet are almost like jumbo shrimp or military intelligence; they should not be used in the same sentence.

U got 3 posts so Welcome but what is ur cycle history ?

We re both 5 11 207- 209. I take it at 10-13 per bodyfat u look the same or better right ? At 25, I benched 225 x 25 rep s at 217 geared oughta my mind.

Believe it or not big movement s like deads and squat s will make ur over all strength increase as well. Ur not going for the light bulb look are u ?

M1 T make s me so strong my joint s actually ache but I m old now so...

like T said , strength and 'lean bulk' don't necessarily go together that well. This is mainly going to be diet dependent. being in a calorie surplus is the best way to increase strength (if strength is you training emphasis). Of course if you go to far into a surplus then your not really going to be 'lean bulking' either. depends on your metabolism as well. Lean bulking is more about aesthetics then it is strength. Diet has to be kept clean and your surplus not much higher then say 300-400+ tdee.

however, in regards to increasing strength with a 'cycle' wither bulking or lean bulking. Testosterone is KING. You can lean bulk with a clean diet and gain strength (again if your training for strength) with just Test, you don't need to add anything else. a gram of test a week would do the trick. BUT If you wanted faster results, you could front load NPP with that at say 150 mg eod for the first 5 weeks along with a weekly dose of deca at say 450mg a week. NPP will get the nandrolone/deca going much much quicker and by week 8 you'll feel strong as fuck (again, diet dependent as well).

I'd keep it simple for a basic strength/lean bulk . test with npp/deca is all you would need at the most . no need to add multiple compounds to that.
 
Deadlifts and squats are king. When I was younger and neglected those two. I was strong but as I added those two all my body parts got way stronger especially when I added deadlifts.

Like roush said test will do the trick. I was just giving an opinion on a oral. I'm loving M1T. It's insane how good it works. Without the beefcake look I get from dbol.
