Need Advice for supplement

I am here for Best Supplement advise.

AGE: 24
Height : 5.5 ft
Weight : 47 KG
Training : 2 months
Diet : bread with tomato, ota meal, baked potatoes,Fish,Chicken cheese burger, Coca cola, pizza, Fruits and vegetable salad mixed, Fresh juice twice a day, banana Milk Shake after Finishing Exercise, In dinner rice with fish or beef and Fresh tomato, after last meal i eat chocolate ice cream, i drink around 3.5 or 4 liter water daily......

in the mentioned diet i switch between fish and chicken..... Now i am looking for nutrition who can guide me in a much better way and listen i was having stomach bloating 1 week back and i was eating Boiled vegetables (beans,peas,fresh tomato and more)


Supplements : I have availability of GNC,BSN, Force factor Supplements list is given below

In probiotic only one = Probiotic Complex 4

In Weight gainer Powder Supplement = Amplified mass XXX and Serious Mass

Testosterone booster = force factor Test x180 , Nugenix,


Others : Nitrix , NO2, Amino fuel liquid anabolic


My Opinion on Supplement : Serious Mass , Muscle Tech ISOLATE

Vitamin : Just started Polybion Z Capsule 1 day pre work out half an hour.

At 47kg supplements are t what you need right now, you need food...any kind of food you can get your hands on and lots of it. Like second, third, and fourth helpings.

Bro i was on 43 kg and i have gained it naturally now i am on 47 kg and What are you saying About supplements ??? I am eating well dear and i think i need a supplement for more training it seems like i am loosing my Stamina you know .....
 
yeh bro n2bulk will definatly help with your quest for size, it contains nearly 100% complex carbs as its carbohydrate source, and next to no suger. Nice clean calories and slow release protein to feed your body. I would seriously look into this and some creatine other than that its hardwork and dedication bro :D
 
You definitely need to focus on eating a ton of clean calories. Supplements are great, but diet is FAR more important. At 24 years old and 47kg, the only supplements you should be considering are whey protein and creatine. Now go lift something heavy and be sure to eat A LOT when you're done!

If you think that using supplement for weight gain, in my opinion its a bad idea. Dont take seriously, There are lots of product available in market to gain weigh. Try to eat what ever you want and you need to sleep well at night and dont get too my tension in your mind be relax. Try it and I think it will be work.
 
I wouldn't take weight gainers. They are packed with sugars and extremely over priced. If you can't eat a lot of food then eat dense foods like spaghetti.

No to pizza, cheese burner, and fruit juice, and banana milk shake.

Eating clean matters a lot no matter what anyone says. Bulking and cutting should be the same when it comes to eating clean eating.

If you want to take protein shakes I would recommend some high quality protein such as whey isolate or hydrolyzed and NOT something like whey concentrate or anything with whey concentrate mix in it. Get something that has only isolate or only hydrolyzed or mix of those two.

Seriously eating clean is not hard at all but it's up to you. You can gain 5kg and let 3kg of it be pure fat or gain only 3kg and all 3kg be muscle. Which one do you think will look better?

great advice here ^^ most bulker are shite and you can make your own fairly easily and cheaply.

Like I said before though N2Bulk's calories come from completely clean sources which is why its so effective, its an awesome way to get extra clean calories in and with real ease too :D

Nothing wrong with sugars, all carbs are sugars. You're right on price though, expensive compared to making your own.

Bullshit. Eating clean has diddly squat to do I with body composition whether you admit it/understand it or not and whether you make statements like "no matter what anyone says". Those are the words of someone who is either misinformed or isn't aware about the human body. Forget the fact that the word is subjective (means totally different things to different ppl) it's plain closed minded and wrong to try and categorize a single food outside the context of the whole diet.

Hydrolized protein is simply expensive protein. It offers no clinical benefit over non-hydrolized proteins. There's nothing wrong with whey concentrate so it's ironic how you tell OP to forget weight gainers partly bc they're expensive but you have no problem advocating a significantly more expensive form of protein that has no benefits over other forms and may even be worse off??

Clean eating will not affect the numbers you posted here. Macros and calories will. You'll obviously look better with the latter but it's not physically possible so all this is is misdirection. You need to read up on nutritional science, current and relative nutritional science?
