Approx BF 15-20%
Working out for a good 2.5 yrs.
Eating is decent, dont really follow any plans at all just try to eat good.
I'm starting my second cycle right away and want to do it right.
What I would appreciate from you guys is to give me a diet plan. What exactly should I eat and how much/day please help since I have really no idea. lol
This is my cycle obviously a bulker.
D-bol front load 1-4 or 6 weeks 50mg/ed
Test E 1-15 weeks 750 mg/week
EQ 1-15 weeks 600 mg/week
