need advice on my g/f diet please ladies!

Okay, my g/f stats are 5'10" and shes 106lbs. She has just started cardio and doing some spinning classes. Is looking not to gain muscle but just tone/hardened up what she has. She definetly dosen't wanna lose to much wieght either. Just wanted to steer her in the right direction w/her diet, it is as follows.(btw shes not interested in any AAS)

7:00-multi vit
7:15-cardio w/water
8:30-protien shake w/2 tsp udos oil
10:00-2 whole eggs/4 egg whites w/yogart
12:00-almonds w/water to snack
2:00-greens,mixed veggies lean ground beef, water
4:00-protien bar, water
6:00- chicken , greens cottage cheese
8:00- protien shake
9:00-bed w/me LOL!

would you guru's suggest anything else or maybe delete any of these servings!
any suggestions would be appreciated!
