I think I am finally ready to give up all forms of OH pressing. Had 2 right surgeries when I was 20 from playing baseball. Then a bit over a year ago, disc herniation in neck (c4?c5). Have found that it ends up with more time off than anything if I try and do OH.
Any good replacements or routines? I know I'm never going to replicate the strength, but would at least like to work on size.
