Need diet advice for losing fat and gaining muscle

Dr Deltoids

Fat Newbie on Tren
I'm confused as to how to eat and I humbly ask the advice of those successful bodybuilders on this website.

I want to lose a few inches off my waist, but am also wanting to gain muscle and benefit from the steroid use. I use tren and test with minimal sides, but my gains are slow coming because I'm afraid to eat too much.

What is the ideal diet and caloric intake for someone who wants to lose inches off his waste while adding inches everywhere else while using test and tren?

Another concern is that I'm on the road a lot and am not at home enough to prepare meals other than whey/blueberry smoothies and boiled eggs. It's also worth mentioning that I lift weights for about four hours a week, I do just as much or more cardio and I meticulously record my calories, which currently average around 3000+ per day and I try for 200g of protein daily too. I'm currently 6'4," 220lbs.

Does any one have experience with this "anabolic diet" it seems to good to be true. It claims to burn fat at the same time builds lean muscle. Im just finishing a bulking cycle Stenadrol 10(2,17aDimethyl-17b-hydroxy-5a-androst-1-en-3-1) 10mg twice a day I have my post cycle therapy (pct) and liver support in check and my diet is about 3500 cal intake (300g protein/100g carbs)

If you're looking to drop fat and you're currently stagnant, then you need to drop cals. You should also increase your protein to 1-1.5 grams per lb of bw to help minimize lbm loss when dieting.

Ok. Yesterday I ate 239g of protein and after three hours of cardio, I was at a 710 Calorie deficit (meaning I burned 710 more calories than I ate yesterday). I know I will lose about a pound a week at this rate, but will I gain muscle?

3 hours of cardio aint going to cut it. I would cut that to bout 1 hr and do weight training. Check with 3j about ur diet.
