Ok so I'm basically eating everything I can get my hands on and I know alot of it's not so good for trying to stay lean and bulking up. My problem is I'm a very picky eater and I know I'm in my prime to grow. So that being said I would like a few guys to tell me a verity of thing I could eat with a high carb and protein content or meals with this in mind. Like I said I can put some food away I'm a country boy and I'm busting my ass most day out doing something with the animals or hunting but I always keep food with me and constantly eating. I just need some help figuring out spmething more concrete
