I do high protein - low carb. breakfast is 2 eggs, turkey bacon, 1\2 cup oatmeal, milk; lunch is salad w/ tuna or chicken and fruit; dinner is protein (usually fish or chicken) with a green veg; i also have my post-workout protein shake or bar; i eat about every 3 hours and am borderline diabetic so I eat fruit to control my sugar unless something more drastic is needed. I also drink about a gallon of water a day, sometimes more depending on my workout. Hope this is helpful![/QUOTE
you could try breaking your meals down to 5 small meals a day
and when i mean longer runs dont run for time run for distance
try and change up your cradio routine challenge your body i.e push your self one day then the next take it a little easier then the next do a short run sprints then the next do a distance run
hope that i am helpful
sorry about the delay
