I have been on fina about three weeks now and I have a clean diet. However, the fina is giving me muscle weight but my body fat hasn't budged! I don't really care about the climbing scale weight, but my body fat is not dropping. HELP!!!

I run at least 1 1/2 miles or sprints every day (alternate days), I swim 2-3 days per week and I lift every day. What kind of cardio training or regimine should I be doing?

I do high protein - low carb. breakfast is 2 eggs, turkey bacon, 1\2 cup oatmeal, milk; lunch is salad w/ tuna or chicken and fruit; dinner is protein (usually fish or chicken) with a green veg; i also have my post-workout protein shake or bar; i eat about every 3 hours and am borderline diabetic so I eat fruit to control my sugar unless something more drastic is needed. I also drink about a gallon of water a day, sometimes more depending on my workout. Hope this is helpful!

you could try breaking your meals down to 5 small meals a day
and when i mean longer runs dont run for time run for distance
try and change up your cradio routine challenge your body i.e push your self one day then the next take it a little easier then the next do a short run sprints then the next do a distance run
hope that i am helpful
sorry about the delay

female on fina??

honey, slow moving fat loss is NOT going to be your only side effect!!!!

I seriously suggest you revalute your decision and cycle...

supergirl, i am open to any suggestions. my trainer (male of course) just gave me a lower dosage than his. What should I be taking? I finished my cycle with fina about a week ago. I would like to consider other options but have no clue what to try. What do you suggest? I'd like to have an expert's opinion on this. thanks!!!

thanks, ecto, for the site, but I read that before I started and I trust my trainer - even though he is male. He has been doing this a long time and I trust him. He has done so much research and is so voiced in this stuff. It just had a different effect on my overall gain than with him. He thought that it would give me the best gain in the shortest amount of time. I am just looking for something a little more woman friendly but honestly have no complaints about the fina. I didn't have the side effects I was warned about and I made good gains. Just looking for alternatives with a little better fat loss and less water retention. Thanks for the reply, though

how are you taking the fina and what is your dosage?

water retention: may try a few things... cut your salts, an otc diruetic, thimucase etc...

fat loss: fatburner, clen, T3, stricter diet... lots and lots of options there..

supr, my dosage is 100mg 3 injections a week. For fat loss, I take Lipo 6. I have heard bad things about clen, but would consider taking it on my next cycle. I need strength without a lot of weight. I have certain body fat requirements and the fina put me over the weight limit and now over the body fat limit. I am off the fina and the weight is coming back off, but I don't want to give up the juice. I just need more opitions for my next cycle. i like the strength the fina put on but i can't handle the lack of fat loss and the bulk. Thanks for you help.

gonna go out on a limb here (feel free to back me up super & ecto), but in my experience fina will NOT add fat...actually it does a decent job of helping its removal. Also, 100mg every other day (roughly) is not a "lighter woman dose"...that is pretty much the norm male dosage....I realize you trust him, but I would seriously question your trainer (generally giving a woman fina is a no-no, particularly at that dose!)

Explain that to me, please. I did pretty well on the fina. I don't understand why women are encouraged to take other forms. What would you suggest? I am not a typical femail with a nontypical female body. The dosage he gave me was only about half of his and he has an amazing body. I am off now and losing a little strength and am planning on going back on in May. I am open to suggestions to alternatives. I haven't crossed Fina off my list, so please give me insight on your opinion. I need a little convincing.

If you have done well on trenbolone and had few side effects than stick with it. Some other options to check out if you are looking for drugs that won't cause water retention would be oral-turinabol. Its much more potent than anavar as far as muscle building goes but its androgenic effects are still fairly low. If you are just looking for size and don't worry to much about water retention, than test propionate would be a good choice. Just watch for side effects with the propionate. 50mg EOD is about as high as you will ever want to go. However if you didn't have side effects from the tren at that dose than you shouldn't with the test prop. Just be careful with that.

Thanks. I'll look into those. Do you have any recommendations (other than Clen) for body fat loss while I am waiting to go back on FINA? I tried Clen and it gave me the shakes and made me feel really wierd. I am looking for alternative that will just help me lose the body fat quickly before I go back on the heavy stuff.

How much clen were you taking? You can try and lower the dose of the clen.. Other than that i like a ECA stack... I use both together (clen and ECA) but you have to be careful... Its not for everyone!!!

you could use t-4 or T-3 thyroid hormone for fat loss. If you have never used a thyroid hormone I would use T-4 to start off and maybe in the future try T-3. T-3 is usually just too powerful for a beginner to use. T-4 will give you great results without the shaky feeling you get from ephedrine or clen. The only problem with using thyroid hormones for weight loss is that you have to be careful with them. Taking T-4 for too long and at too high of a dose can basically shut your natural T-3 and T-4 production. Like I said T-4 would be a very effective way to go but if you were to use it research so you know how to properly take it.
