Need Help ASAP with Diarrhea :(

Im mid cycle and i started takeing Milk thistle, L-Glutamine, and Aromadex, monday iv had diarrhea ever since i started.

I know this sounds bad but i dont know who eles to ask i think it has to be one of the three but not sure which one. Please help!!!

First of all you need to get Gatorade or another electrolyte drink so that it doesnt turn into something more than just diarrhea. Diarrhea is a very common side effect of Arimidex. What dosage are you taking?

I was looking at milk thistle as well as it is know to cause this but i have never had an issue before.

I think I'm dehydrated i feel like crap weak and with a slight headache.

V8 is very high in potassium and electrolytes.

I can understand that diarrhea can be awful. Consuming bananas, apples and fibrous food could be helpful. Avoid milk. You can also consider taking curd/yoghurt with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

I had bananas and yoghurt for dinner the second night with no avail. I stoped the aromadex and milk thistle and im fine. Im going to take the milk thistle tonight and tomorrow and see what happens.
