Need help! First timer!

Hey ladies and gents. I need your guys help! I want to get bigger not so much bulk but more of a lean and cut frame, I'm 21 5' 11 175. I was given some some brand new viles for free,yes I know they're legit there from my dad and uncle. Here's what the batch had:
Nandrodex 300
Test 400
Trenabolon 200
Trenadex enanthate 200
Deca dura 300
Pentadex 300
Nolvadex 20mg 15 tabs

Now this is where you guys come in and tell me your advice and what should I use, how much. Never done this before and dont feel like asking my dad or uncle for advice. There over that "look good" stage. Thanks a lot

run a plain test cycle for 12 -14 weeks at 500mg have a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and your post cycle therapy (pct) on hand.Leave all the other gear for round 2

Wow thats pretty sweet you got it as a gift from them ahaha. But leave the deca and tren out, I honestly sound like a retard because my first cycle was test&tren with no sides. I would run just the test around 5-600mg/week for 12 weeks. save all the goodies for later

Hey brother sorry I have to ask but whats an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and is my post cycle therapy (pct), nolvadex? Also this is probably going to be my only cycle I'll ever do joining the coast guard in about a year from now.

Really tren n deca was your first cycle? How'd you like that, what does tren do by the way? Also I'm only planning to do 1 cycle ever, about a year from now I'm joining the coast guard and want to get As strong as I can.

read. stickies. research. come back later. an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is an aromatase inhibitor to inhibit estrogen. the stickies can explain the details a lot better than I can, I'd suggest reading about AI's, very important

And no one is curious why your dad and uncle would give you the shit without making sure that you're using it safely?

Test only first cycle, Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (aromatase inhibitor) probably isn't necessary on test only and clomid should be part of your PCT

Do your homework before putting anything in your system!

Totally they are never said they are not. Yet last time a checked this is a website that offers advice and is also a lobby where you can show off what you have accomplished. In my opinion I would rather have someone with the knowledge and probably experience of the "shit" that I am about to take.

don't run tren and deca together period. Or else u won't get ur dick up and you'll be milking your kids . Run test for 12-14weeks at 500mg/week. Before you want to take any of these, do lots of research about each of them and the side effects and etc... Then ask us what we think of your cycle plan. I planned my first cycle out for 3-4months until i knew everything about what i was taking and what to take and do when side effects take place. Make sure your doing the research and well be more than happy to help you out bro.

Hey brother quick question. I just started a test 400 only cycle. And I have a question I might be sounding like I baby but is the area suppose to be sore? Lol. I did it in the upper right arm and it's a bit sore. It's probably cause its my first time but just wanted your input.

yes it can be a bit sore, or hurt a bit if you hit a nerve, I'm hoping you injected into your shoulder..?

Yes I did right deltoid. Didn't bleed or anything. Just a little sore.
Also you ever heard of methanodex by Sciroxx? Got a hold of some and might take it with my cycle.

Another thing for my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) i am looking into getting Exemenstane liquid. Is that good? And I got ahold of clomidix By Sciroxx also for my pct.
