i'm 26, been training for 1 year seriously, I consume 5 to 6 meals per day. I have gained about 22lbs, I am very disciplined when it comes to my training routine, I feel I have reached a peak, and I need a little help. thinking about trying some hgh or test, I don't want to become a huge freak, I just want about 25 more lbs. of lean muscle. what do I take? where do I get it? (I've viewed alot of scam ass sites!!) how much do I take? can some one help?
