need help in Dallas

i'm 26, been training for 1 year seriously, I consume 5 to 6 meals per day. I have gained about 22lbs, I am very disciplined when it comes to my training routine, I feel I have reached a peak, and I need a little help. thinking about trying some hgh or test, I don't want to become a huge freak, I just want about 25 more lbs. of lean muscle. what do I take? where do I get it? (I've viewed alot of scam ass sites!!) how much do I take? can some one help?
 
Ahhh, yeah. Not a very good post bro. You "only" want to gain 25lbs of muscle, ehhh?? You need to do a lot of research on training, nutrition and supplementation on your own. No one simply has the answers for you. Good luck.

As for what to take, read up on the different type of test there are and the effects, side effects, etc. Test should be the base of your cycle. As to where to get it ,I am not sure, read up and pay attention. As for how much to take, this is something else that comes from research. All the information is here, you just have to weed through it. Use the search button at the top of the page. Educate yourself and come back with more specific questions relating to what you have learned and you will be heading in the right direction. You are a lot more likely to get some help once you have done some research. Hope this help, but probably not..
