Need Help losing weight

I just recovered from my car accident and weight gain was through the roof I am 27 5 foot 11 and weigh 300lbs need to drop weight asap any great ideas will help thank you in advance
 
Well you shouldn't think of using drugs before trying exercise and diet control
you shouldn't lose all this weight in 2 months ,,,
losing fat in short period would hurt your body

anyway , the usually used drugs are t3, clen

There is no reason you need any of that to loose weight.

Post your cals and macros, what you do for training/exercise then we can give you better advice.
 
Instead of eating a full box of cookies for breakfast eat a half a box and same for when you are eating chips later on... Instead of eating the whole bag have just half of it and you'll lose weight in no time.
 
That's right: eating pure crap can help you lose fat. .... Need to know the minimum amount of food I can eat in the am. ..... Let's say I loose the weight and decide to start eating carbs in a reasonable manner, will that be ok. '

Hang on a minute.....

I'm 26 female, 5'5, 127Ibs, 20% bf. I'm trying to cut fat, I carb cycle, eat clean, train hard. I was advised on HERE that because my bf is 20% clen would NOT help me lose any fat??!!! But you are saying to a person that weighs 300Ibs to try clen and t3? DONT GET IT??? By the way, I'm getting my clen at the weekend and there is no reason it shouldn't work :)
 
Has anyone ever done a juice fast? I just bought a fancy new juicer and want to try drinking only fresh juice for a week to clean out my system/ shed some pounds. I was inspired after watching this documentary, "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead."
That guy did it for 2 months though...Anyone have any thoughts?

Well... Still your body needs a lot of rest... All of sudden you cannot initiate exercise too... For this you will have to wait a bit :)

Fast & Easy Tips for Weight Loss

Here are some tips for loosing weight effectively:

* Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Drinking eight glasses of water is almost like a must. And do not forget to drink water in the morning, the moment you wake up.

* Keeping a track on the watch, go for an hour walk. It need not be power walking, but definitely it should be non-stop walk and that’s for sure, in a couple of days only, you’ll start finding the difference in you.
* Have organic foods for the breakfast like apples, bananas, plain yogurt, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, raw honey, wild smoked salmon, and so on.

* Another tip regarding how to lose weight fast, easy and safe is that you should have your dinner about 4-5 hours before going off to sleep.

* Eat slowly so that you can get a feeling that you have had enough food and your tummy is full. Eat slowly and fully relish the taste.

* Soft drinks cannot benefit you in any way. They contain 150 empty calories, so if you substitute one bottle of soft drink with water each day, it will do wonders for you. It will enable you to lose about 16 lbs per year.

Hey bro, I feel for you.. Sucks to be that out of shape. The best thing to do is start simple. It's a mental thing when you're in a certain pattern of eating.

First I would just try to eat as clean as possible. Write everything down that you eat.. You'll be surprised how much you actually do eat when you do this.

Also, try to cut white bread, etc and really high fat foods as much as possible. It's hard to do.

My dad was actually almost at the 300 mark and by making a few small adjustments he's now like 245. Basically not eating as much and cutting out the sweets and really fatty foods. He still drinks wine or a mixed drink a few times a week and he's still dropping.

If you want to try something, you can try only eating the following for the next 7 days:

Chicken Breast
Tuna
Broccoli
Hummus
Wheat Bread
Ground Turkey Breast
Any White Fish
Sweet Potato
Salad w/ Low Fat / Carb Dressing


Rotate all of those things and eat as much of the meat/green vegetables as you want at first (for the carbs, Wheat Bread, keep it to like 4 pieces a day, max, 1 sweet potato and the hummus, don't eat the whole can.. ha. 6 tablespoons a day, max)

If you do this for 7 days (since you're so high) it should help you drop at least 5-8 lbs.

Stay as close as you can to those foods w/ out breaking it and once you see you can do it, each week will get easier, then you can fine tune it. (if you do break it, just forget about it and keep moving forward as if you didn't break it.. it's really hard at first)

Try to do some cardio, even if it's walking around your block for 10-15 min a day.

hey softball_guy i know where u are comeing from i used 2 be 297 pounds and never worked out a day in my life then i woke up 1 day and said fuck im a fat-ass time 2 get in gear and that day i started lifting wiegths cause i knew if i ran it would fuck my joints and knees up so i lifted and started to eat better......that was a year ago and i cant belive it myself how much better i feel and how much stuff i can do and now girls look at me,and it was the hardest thing i ever had to do but right now im down to 245 20% BF which is still kinda fat but i used 2 be like 34% and before i didint have anyone to help me or show me how to workout and all i had was some weigths to lift in my garage thats why it took me a year to get to 245.....but now i know a good amount abt lifting and losing the fat....but im on t3 and clen right now and the pounds are just coming off but im also running 5 miles 4 times a week and swiming 5 miles 2 times a week and im lifting 3 times a week monday wensday friday really light wiegth but 25+reps on everything and im just becomeing a monster and im loseing like 2 pounds ever other day...but if i where you i would start with working out for a few mounths then go to some dietery pills or w/e (i would say t3 and clen is the best i have seen) but i would work out natural if i where you for like 30-60days so your body doesnt go in shock from all the wiegth u tryn 2 lose with pill or w/e.

I think you can just follow a 400 calorie meals plan. It will certainly help you to reduce your fat as quick as possible.
 
hey guys i know this is totally off topic but does anyone know of a genuine online source for clen i am waiting to start my cycle and cant source it from my usual supplyer thanks
