go to the sticky at the top of the diet section. its called soemthing like "best foods to bulk up" or i dunno, im too lazy to look. go a few posts down and there is a bulking diet. get on something simular to that and u will get pretty swolesome.

im glad you stopped by the diet section instead of staying in the anabolic section. this is where it all starts. with diet. also welcome to the board

Okay, so yes, the advice you were given was good advice. You certainly do need to eat. If you find that you are unable to eat every few hours, then yes a protein supplement would help. I am a hard gainer as well and I have found that the protein supplements have helped me get my extra calories in. I like to add some flax oil to my shakes for extra calories as well.
Try adding some oatmeal in to your diet as well. Great source of carbohydrates. I have a couple of servings a day.
You also want to make sure you're having a protein source at each of your meals as well.(chicken, fish, steak, eggs, whey protein.........)
You definitely need to eat more than you are eating now but like i said if you have trouble eating whole foods, try adding in a couple of whey shakes a day. And get some good fats in there! :D
 
man.....this forum is awesome. People are really nice.

I think i should really eat more those foods (chicken, fish, steak, eggs, oatmeal) everyday. I should change my white rice to brown rice too. I check in the internet the difference of the two and it says that the brown rice is more nutrious than the white rice. I should the other thread to get more ideas.

WRITE DOWN YOUR DIET AND FOLLOW IT EVERY DAY, dont go by how full you or, YOU WILL ADJUST. Just dont increase calories all at once through the roof, start with 500-750 and after 1-2 weeks increase more if desired.
