Can some one help me? For the past two weeks around half way through my workout my body starts to tremble. Am i working out to intense? I get really shaky it's intense enough that i have to take a break. this isn't the first time this has happened. every time i start to get into a groove in the gym this starts to happen. if fact this has ruined my working out on numerous occasion to the point that i have to quit for a few months, which we all know turns into a longer break.
