I'm 28yr old male, 6'1 and currently 232lbs. Since July 5th of this year I have lost 12lbs and gained some muscle growth, density and definition. I've done this without any stims or supps, just clean food, 20 mins of med-hi cardio followed by 40 mins of heavy lifts (around 80-90% of my max lift). But lately I have stalled out and am having a hard time losing the fat from my midsection/obliques... Should I just continue my routine as is or incorporate a cutting cycle?
