Need help to know when to draw blood for highest and lowest TT level

I inject 100mg test c Sunday's morning and 100mg test c Wednesday night I've had blood draw before several times my TT is usually around 950-1100ish

I'd like to know when should I draw to know my highest and lowest TT levels.

With the information above wich days should I go get blood drawn. If I'm correct I'd have to draw blood Tuesday morning for highest and Wednesday morning for lowest please correct me if I'm wrong I'm planning to run some blood work id like to be as accurate as possible.

48hrs after an injection is peak, the morning before your next pin would be your trough.

So I was correct, after injection 48 hrs for peak 72 hours for trough? Keeping in mind I inject every 3.5 days correct ?

A little off topic maybe you can enlighten me and save me a few bucks just a guess how much does it drop 24 hrs after my peak 100 points 200 ? I know everyone is different but just a wild guess from your experience.

You won't see a huge swing with E3.5D, but I often see a swing of around 200-250ng/dL.
